Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower, RN, Clinical Herbalist, Wild Crafter and co-founder of Plant Pioneers.
As launching co-founder, Marguerite sees this as an eco-centric educational platform where at her work invite’s  people to become interested in plants. Her focus is in outdoor encountered based learning activities that develop listening skills with ‘the-Nature-that-surrounds-us’ with interactive games and exercises that greatly serve the learning process. Through plant phenomena observation, the learning material she offers is in environmental remedial empathy exercises. At its foundation is Nature conservancy and community resiliency with a variety of learning applications such as: the art of herbalism, hands-on citizen science activities, un-wildcrafting; electronics; and the physiological and intuitive tools we house within each of us. Strong experiential tools used are the visuals of Cymatics – a plant generated geometric formation thru sounds that come from another tool called Music of the Plants – a plant sensitive synthesizer when connected to a plant liberates its signals into sound; body Dowsing; use of Stethescopes and/or a Pinard (a fetal heartbeat tool) to listen to trees and measurement 2019 Training for the trainer: “Developing Cognitive Agility” Bring Nature communication to everyone!!! Better navigate the outdoor field, anywhere, any time. Be in reciprocal relationship with the-land-that-surrounds-us. Develop your innate ancestral gifts. Empower electrical and intuitive listening tools. Be the-skillful-one with the voice of Nature. This, is the life we were meant to live. Marguerite believes, having one-on-one Nature experiences will liberate our blueprint so we may thrive WITH Nature. Resources and people that support Marguerite’s work: mentor and teacher Kate Gilday; Deep Ecology principles; Goethe; Wise Woman Ways; Non-Duality Contemplation Rupert Spira; biologist Dr. Lynn Margulis; plant scientists Suzanne Simard, Paco Calvo and Stefano Mancuso; ecological theorist Eleanor Gibson, Dr. Craig Holdgrege of the Nature Institute; Stephen Harrod Buhner; Sarah Root of Earth Keepers; Julia Graves of the Language of Plants; and Prof. Jem Bendell’s 2018n paper – Deep Adaptation: A Map for Navigating Climate Tragedy.
