In this week’s show Lora talks about Exercise Physiology and the nuts and bolts of weight loss. There is so much misleading information out there, it’s no wonder people can’t figure out what they need to do in order to lose weight and get fit. Really, our bodily systems are pretty straightforward, and once we have an understanding of how bodies work, it’s much easier for us to figure out exactly what we need to be doing and why.

Fat is burned off our bodies through one of three energy pathways – period! Lora demystifies the weight-loss process as well as shows you why the so called “fat burning zones” is not where you should be working if you want to lose fat. (Hint, work out harder, in the anaerobic zone!)

In simple language, Lora explains the physiology of weight loss, muscle building and helps listeners come away with a realistic plan for losing weight and building muscle.
