Dr Judy’s Guests This Week
Broadcasts Weekly Monday & Tuesday 7am & 7pmET
An Intuitive Heart
This week, Dr. Judy welcomes native Philadelphian, Nora Truscello, an intuition expert, counselor, coach, best-selling author and international speaker. With over 30 years of experience and training in the mystical realm of intuition, Nora’s work includes two best-sellers – The Science of Intuition and The Spiritual Psychic – which teach readers about understanding intuitive knowledge and traveling safely through spiritual realms. As a teacher, lecturer, and spiritual intuit, Nora’s Intuitive Footprints program guides people through the process of exploring and interpreting the force of their intuition in an easy, safe, and useful manner. Nora passionately follows her two part mission; to help people “tune in” to discover their natural abilities and beyond discovery, how to actually use their ability to do so. Do animals continuously speak with us or only when we reach out to them? Can anyone communicate with pets or animals? This show will provide the opportunity to hear Nora and Dr. Judy discuss these questions as well as the key process of communicating with animals in general, so be sure to tune in!
Reboot. Restore. Recover.
This week is a very special show as Dr. Judy is joined by her friend and personal integrative health care provider, Dr. Jong Shin, DO, who operates the Shin Center of Integrative Sports Medicine and lives with his family in the Philadelphia tri-state area. In addition to his impressive medical credentials, Dr. Shin also studied environmental health as it relates to pollution, environmental toxins and patients. With a focus on Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, he continues to apply the tenets of Osteopathy in various medical fields of training including Cranial Sacral Manipulation. Dr. Shin’s approach is similar to Dr. Judy’s, using integrative medicine combined with innovative technology to speed up recovery, prevent injuries and pursue optimal performance. Modalities he uses for professional athletes are also accessible to the general population of athletes and non-athletes. This is a show everyone will want to tune in to hear Drs. Judy and Shin discuss the benefits of integrative medicine for humans as well as animals and learn what it means to “Reboot. Restore. Recover.”
Judy Morgan DVM, CVA, CVCP, CVFT Bio
Dr. Morgan grew up in Pitman and Woodstown, NJ, where she graduated high school as valedictorian in 1977. In 1980 she graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. Dr. Morgan is also a certified and accredited veterinary acupuncturist, chiropractitioner, and food therapist.
Based in southern New Jersey, Dr. Morgan currently operates two veterinary hospitals that offer an integrative approach combining holistic medicine with traditional Western techniques. Holistic practices such as chiropractic, acupuncture, food therapy, and herbal therapy, are utilized alongside conventional medicine to provide a full range of veterinary treatment.
The ability to utilize both kinds of therapies offers her clients many more options than using a single method of healing. In many cases, using this approach also allows earlier identification and treatment of impending problems.
Outside of the office Dr. Morgan spends much of her time working with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and English Toy Spaniel rescue groups by assisting in finding, transporting, and fostering neglected animals. She is Chief Veterinary Medical Officer for Monkey’s House dog hospice and senior sanctuary. She also enjoys public speaking and giving presentations at local and national continuing education venues.
