06-27-12 This week Dreamvisions 7 Radio brings you another not-to-be-missed edition of Mariam’s “Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour” We had the privilege of hosting some very interesting guests from the world of native American spirituality. Ray Slowman, a Dineh medicine man from Arizona who currently lives in upstate New York joined us as did Pedro Favaron, a journalism doctoral candidate from Peru who works with indigenous medicine. Pedro spoke about his native spiritual traditions and did us the great honor of sharing several songs. Pedro imparted his message in a very passionate and powerful way and was deeply affecting.
We also feature some great new live takes of Mariam’s songs, this week showcasing the talented Michael M Suter on upright bass. Michael has a deep talent backed up with some pretty serious chops and training and it was a pleasure to have him with us.
