A MOMENT-
A billion years ago or perhaps just a moment or two
I was at rest in the body of All Love
One moment a tiny helium bubble
A flame, then a rock, then a cresting river
A million years ago or perhaps just a moment or two
I was at rest in the body of All Love
There I was a blade of grass
Then a acorn, then a mighty oak
That fell to the ground and was caught up in the dust of a wind storm
As dust I rose to the rain cloud and fell back down to earth.
A thousand years ago or perhaps just a moment or two
I was at rest in the body of All Love
I was a beautiful caribou running the plains nibbling on grass
Bathing in rain, sniffing fresh air
Then I fell to the ground on my last day and the soil cradled me gracefully
And thirty-six indigenous settlers planted corn right in that spot
Soon I was a stalk of golden corn.
One hundred years ago or perhaps just a moment or two
I was Mary Helena a crying new born baby girl
She was my grandmother and before she even knew my name
We knew each other as corn and wind, rain and sun, life and death and all things that never end.
Yesterday or perhaps just a moment or two ago
I was at rest in the body of All Love
I looked at the snowflakes falling and understood we had known each other once before
A neighbor who I had not yet met past by and said hello
I could see we had known each other once before.
The wind kicked up in agreement whispering in my ear the same
We had known each other once before
Right now I am resting in the body of All Love
As are you and this is love all wrapped in one big heart beating with a rhythm that knows no bounds.
We are at rest in the body of All Love.

FLOW OF LOVE
Source of my longing,
let me release the fullness within me
so that the world becomes whole,
and we all exist as one
flowing together,
pouring down from the mountains
across the plains, and
into the salty coolness of ocean
shapeshifting through many forms,
the eternal dance of life and death
embracing both
without fear.
Free souls.
Living simply,
with presence of min
and wholeness of heart.
Occasionally
there must be spaces of emptiness,
to give us purpose.
Existence without purpose is totally empty,
and I couldn’t abide in total darkness.
We seek a balance with the ether,
as with all things.
I am the moon
and you are the sun
You are my moon
And I am your sun.
We nurture one another
We light the way for one another.
While the old
have tended to nurture
and light the way for the young,
Sometimes the young
must nurture and light the way for the old.
This is pure love.
We are eternal with the Universe,
And the universe is vast.
It is ours to fill with love.
So let it be.
Absolutely!
