Bio: Michelle teaches, Child Psychotherapy, Human Growth and Development, Family Systems and Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Assessment and Treatment. She is a Certified HeartMath Practitioner, C.C.A.T.P-Ca Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional and a Soul Collage ® Facilitator. Currently, she maintains a private practice and is a school counselor and is completing her first children’s book.
Michelle is a singer, songwriter and recording artist. Her debut song, “Friends with the World” was a collaborative project with her son, Josh Villegas. The lyrics of the song will appear in a children’s book written by Michelle that will include social and emotional activities to promote a deeper understanding of our inner connectedness. Her songs are affirming messages that serve to inspire and tend to the heart of humanity.
