03-05-15   “Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #155 features Mariam Massaro on acoustic guitar, ukelele and vocals, Craig Harris on congas and Bob Sherwood on piano, percussion and whistling and begins with the wintery, mystical flow of Mariam’s “Singing The Same Song” before segueing into the expansive, affirmational “Life Is a Mixed Bag” with Bob’s new technique of doubling piano runs with whistling accompanying Mariam’s vocal.  Part 2 of this improvisation is a song of letting go called “I’m Going Down The River”.  We continue after the break with a rarity, a vocal-free improv we’ve called “Ragtime Instrumental”.  Playing out the show is a rangey mellow improv built around Mariam’s wintery tone poem “It’s a Good Way”.
