04-15-12 Laura Mayer recently left behind the life she has always known to fully “listen” to her inner guidance while fulfilling her heart’s desire/soul purpose. As a spiritual transformer and licensed occupational therapist, Laura has the ability to bridge clinical expertise and spiritual knowing which is her template for transforming old paradigm thinking into new paradigm being. Laura’s gift and greatest joy is in opening people’s hearts and empowering others to be fully seen, fully heard and fully present. In Laura’s work with the children and the inner child of the adult, she has mastered the ability to tap into the source of pain that lies dormant in one’s core. Her work is in empowering others to step out and fully heal any emotional, physical or spiritual dis-ease. Laura’s work spans three decades as a licensed occupational therapist in the field of psychiatry and pediatrics, and more recently as an energetic healer, engaging children, parents and adults to look deep inside and heal for real. Laura’s witnessing the miracle of healing on a personal level is the motivation for her work. As a healer, Laura’s great capacity to go deep within the soul will assist you in igniting your light to be the best you can be. Laura does this through her SoulDancing practice which includes energetic healing, (using her hands as a guide), intuiting and holding the container for you to transform your life as she has hers. In addition, Laura is a certified facilitator in Soul Memory Discovery and Indigo Spiritual Healing. She is also the mother of two Indigo young adults.
Laura’s book Unlocking the Invisible Child: A Journey from Heartbreak to Bliss is based on her courage to “step out of the medical box” and heal herself through energetic and intuitive guidance and will be the impetus for others to heal. She is a magnificent example of doing the journey with determination, tenacity and grace. Her story is believable and that’s what people desire, a real life hero, whose openhearted and compassionate nature will empower others to have the courage to love themselves enough. Laura has the gift of seeing from all sides: the clinician and the patient, the mother and the child, the wounded and the healed. She sits in a place of joy and gratitude for the healing she has received, and everyone she meets feels her healing energy.
