09-12-24 Stephanie Bierman, Creating the Choose Love Enrichment Program
I got to sit down with my good friend Stephanie Bierman, whom I’ve known since middle school, to talk about the important work she’s done with the Choose Love Movement since the very beginning. As a school counselor with 15 years of experience and knowledge of Social Emotional Learning, Stephy stepped up to help create the Choose Love Enrichment Program. Now she’s come out with her own children’s book to help young people recognize and understand their emotions. Stephy’s purpose behind writing Feelings Are A Trip was to get families talking and normalize having open, meaningful dialog about emotions.
