Lise Villeneuve is a French-Canadian author and a distinctive voice in mindfulness and transformational storytelling. Her books invite readers of all ages to reconnect with inner wisdom and live with greater presence, compassion, and freedom.
She is the author of Unplugging from the Game: Remembering the Real You—endorsed by Suzanne Giesemann, Dr. Sue Morter, Mary O’Malley, and Marci Shimoff—as well as Conscious Kids with Wise Willy, Awakening One, and Little Soul Playing a Role.
Lise holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and is certified as a Reiki Master and Health & Wellness Coach. Her work bridges emotional intelligence, conscious living, and spirituality in an accessible, grounded way.
Before turning to spiritual writing, she built an international career as a singer-songwriter. In 2003, she won the Charles Trenet Trophy in Paris, leading to a Canadian-embassy-sponsored tour across Asia and the Middle East.
