JoAnn possesses over 30 years of education leadership and education reform experience, including as a school founder, district administrator, school psychologist, and classroom teacher. She has a Masters, she was an Educational Specialist in School Psychology and her Certificate of Advanced Study in School Administration.

JoAnn was one of the very first early adopters of the Choose Love curriculum over 10 years ago, and has been Choosing Love in her school since the day we released the curriculum in 2014. They are now a certified Choose Love school which means they prioritize character and social emotional development.
