Forty years ago, Icelandic researchers Erlendur Haraldsson and Karlis Osis conducted the first very large-scale study ever done of deathbed visions, a major category of afterlife evidence. Their important book, At the Hour of Death, demonstrates pretty conclusively that the beautiful events surrounding death that so many of the dying describe are genuine and universal.
