I want you to know before anything else that I am one in three (statistics tell us that 1 in three children experience sexual abuse), and yes, I do have the official degrees that one needs to help people with trauma. ( I am a German trained Naturopathic Doctor, Humanistic Psychotherapist and Family Constellations Facilitator). And yes, I also have written a book on the subject. But mostly, I am just another awakening soul who can empathize with what you are going through and guide you along the way.
