Make Mental Health Matter03-17-25 A Veteran’s Path to Purpose with Dr. Keith McNally

On this episode of the Make Mental Health Matter Show, Kelli talks with Dr. Keith McNally.

He will talk about his embark on a 2,193 mile hike across 14 states from Georgia to Maine to bring awareness, hope, and support to other veterans who are suffering in silence. He is looking for organizations that will sponsor/support his hike: https://walkingthepath.net.

Keith is a US Marine Combat Veteran. Having survived two suicide attempts and one heart attack, he is here to tell you: “Make each day count!”

Trail to Transformation is part of the Walking the Path story. Since his second suicide attempt (2021) & heart attack (2022), he has been on a mission to redesign his life. He now lives a life of meaning and purpose. And he wants to share these attributes with you.

He wrote Walking the Path – A Leader’s Journey from the need to make sense of his life. Wrapped within the context of leadership, the book focuses on personal development within six core principles: Accomplishments, Alignment, Collaboration, Intent, Sustainability, and Values. Together, these principles create the personal character that defines who you are. By knowing who you are, you can design the life you want to live and how you want to live it!
