Daisy Plaza is a strong woman, mother of four children, and author. Daisy experienced trauma and violence in her home and community from an early age. Rather than letting this dampen her spirit, she used her experiences navigating trauma to help others on the front lines of the emergency room. In her writing, she shares her heartfelt stories of pain and healing to help others gain hope and strength.
Although her past may be haunting, she doesn’t let that get in the way of building relationships with new people. Her extroverted nature is welcoming, yet intense, drawing many people to her naturally.
Daisy spends her days now continuing to heal and live her best life. She loves to hang out with all her wonderful grandchildren and is always connecting with her children. Daisy loves a nice place to sit and enjoy a chai latte, as she pursues her passion for writing.
