It is touching and purposeful, helping to reclaim a very deep and loving connection to oneself and to living, while finding grace in the healing process. Cindy’s brother Michael, was brutally murdered in 1995
In Cindy Barg’s words:
I have been privy to some of the most profound moments of joy and pain in this lifetime. I suppose it is what I choose to do with these experiences that makes all the difference in the world. Not always easy, I know. In essence, I am still continuing to unfold and with more humility to boot. My life and my work have afforded me wonderful opportunities to encourage hope throughout the world, here in the USA and in India, China, Canada and Malaysia. As a published author, public speaker, and an intuitive & licensed psychotherapist, specializing in grief and loss for over 22 years, I am continually and deeply moved by my clients’ abilities to transcend emotional despair into a glorious transformation of self-love.
I believe we all have the inherent ability to heal ourselves. I also credit the human body as being the vehicle for housing all of our emotional pain. I once was told I would never walk again or be able to have children. Thoughts can be potent and they can abandon any sense of hope we thought we had.
Being captive to our negative thinking also keeps us captive to staying stuck. I am just as much a culprit. Fear is the fuel that keeps us living the same stories that no longer serve us. I know the story well. Very honestly, we have all become adept at believing our own deception. We do it, because we can.
If you are willing to stretch, I will help you to go beyond your limitations, regardless of your circumstances. You will release the shadows of your past in order to harness your authenticity. The goal: To live your life with purpose. In a very compassionate & loving atmosphere, you will reclaim a deep connection to living, grasping & gathering the threads of your life with a dignified hope
