12-05-19 Boundaries, Perceptions & Affirmations
Diane takes you on a journey into her book, recently re-named “The Truth about IBS and Anxiety.” A huge part of a journey into healing involves building healthy supportive relationships. Our Perception impacts our stress, emotions and symptoms regardless of the actual message the speaker intends. We perceive things in ways that trigger unresolved emotions from our past and these reactions impact our daily lives. An essential part of a journey to healing involved dealing with emotional traumas from the past and developing healthy relationships. Hypnosis is used to transform those ingrained feelings, thoughts and beliefs from your past. These old engrained feelings from our childhood trigger emotions, anxiety, indigestion and other symptoms. Some supportive things you can use in your life are boundaries and affirmations. Creating boundaries in your relationships are essential to help create a safe environment for yourself. And using daily affirmations help engrain your new desired thoughts and beliefs in your subconscious mind. Today’s affirmation is: I am Free to live the Life that I Dream.
