I founded Make Mental Health Matter in 2018. It has been a journey to say the least. This show was started in 2021 and has since grown to 110,000+ people watching or listening via TV and/or radio which is so exciting!
The purpose of this show is to give back to you as the audience and share stories of hope, expert knowledge and promoting healing. This time now is the perfect time to give. As I give to all of you as the listener or watcher, I am asking for your help this giving season. My organization cannot do the work we do without people like you helping and supporting us.
