I met Tom Evans during my appearance on The Zone show. We really hit it off and I received a message from my husband in spirit that I should invite Tom on the Ask Dr. Love radio show. At that same moment, Tom told me that my husband in spirit had asked him to invite himself on my show! Clearly, Jean’s “hand” was all over our meeting. Then, Tom told me that he realized that he began channeling in 2006, the year Jean left his body. So, I started to think that Jean has been working with Tom from the moment he left his body!
In this show, we’re going to talk about what Tom calls The Loving Zone. When we’re in the zone, we exude confidence, joie de vivre, empathy, trust, humor and a capacity for sharing.

Bio: Tom Evans is an author, host of the Zone Show podcast and the creator of Living Timefully, the world’s first mindful approach to time management.
His passion is taking the esoteric, or unknown and hidden, and making it exoteric, or known and understood. As an ex-BBC engineer, he was fascinated by the magic of television. Nowadays, he is intrigued by the magic of the mind and the hidden potential we can reach as humans.
His books explore what it means to be human and how we can become super-sensible. What has lead him down this path is many years of esoteric training and research. At first, he learned how to get people past their creative blocks and beat procrastination forever by connecting people with their Muse.
As a result of this work, he know teaches practical mindfulness and how to use mindful meditation to get more done with less time. He is the creator of the world’s first time management program based on mindfulness called Living Timefully. He also hosts a popular podcast on creativity, spirituality and metaphysics called The Zone Show.
Tom has launched several philanthropic initiatives. His Just a Perfect Day program is
available free of charge to anyone with a life-shortening illness. He also has sets of
meditations available free of charge to help reduce the symptoms of ADHD, OCD, PTSD and early onset dementia. Many of his most popular meditations are available for free on the Insight Timer app.
