Guest David Krett, Ayurvedic consultant, yoga-meditation instructor and CEO of Family Care Plus. David will be part of the teaching staff at Kripalu this upcoming Fall and he has great knowledge regarding ancient Ayurvedic practices that promote healing and well-being.
