Diane reads Chapter 3 and 4 of her book on this episode as she dives deeper into creating a foundational support system for wellness. She explains the Unleashed Technique in Chapter 3. To understand the path to success it is essential to tackle the physical and emotional root synergistically.  The Unleashed Technique is a unique process to efficiently and effectively tackle your symptoms. There are eight crucial steps in the process, and each step builds upon the last step to address the physical inflammation and emotional stress.

  1. Undo the Root – It’s important to have a solid foundation before you move on to the emotional release process.
  2. Nurture the body – This is essential because it makes it so much easier on your body to truly let go of the pain. The right nutrition, supplementation, and diet gives you the energy you need to push through the emotional struggles more effectively.
  3. Let Go of the Past- Unveil your triggers, obstacles and challenges.
  4. Energize and Release – Use your body and voice to melt the stress away.  Her favorite routine is Dance Release.
  5. Affirm Your Success – Creating boundaries and using affirmations in your life to propel you forward.
  6. Succeed with Hypnosis- Using meditation and hypnosis to engrain those positive affirmations in your subconscious and reduce the symptoms in your body.
  7. Holistic Health – Using holistic techniques to reduce stress and inflammation in the body.
  8. Evolve – Continuing to develop your own unique recipe for wellness as you evolve into your unique wellness.
  9. Dream- Continue to dream as you reach new goals and perfect your unique stress fighting process in your life.
