10-05-26 Finding Gratitude in the Hardest Moments with Candice Snyder
Today’s conversation is about something I think we all need to be reminded of sometimes: there is always a possibility. A possibility of hope, of healing, of finding purpose again, even after tremendous loss. My guest, Candice Snyder, shares her deeply personal experience of losing her brother to suicide, navigating grief within her family, and discovering how gratitude, connection, and storytelling can help us move through some of life’s hardest moments. We also talk about the importance of asking someone, “Are you really okay?” and then being willing to actually listen to the answer. This is a conversation about grief, mental health, gratitude, purpose, and remembering that even when we can’t see it yet, another possibility may still be waiting for us.
A little bit about Candice’s story from her:
I lost my brother to suicide. I have an inspirational podcast where I speak with people about resilience, stories of transformation and finding purpose.
