08-04-20 How Far Would You Go For The One You Love? Status Unknown Is Based On The True Story Of Caroline And Laurie Hart

We are Caroline and Laurie Hart, co-founders of the Lexperience, our objective is to throw positive light into the world, empower women and share our life experiences and also the experiences of women who inspire us.

Caroline: “After years of working in the radio industry, finally in London for Capital Radio, the UK’s number one commercial radio station, I was ready for change and a more flexible life. My first love had always been in the art world, I had trained in graphic design and photography and decided to start my own photography business, which was very successful”.

Laurie: “Having the ability to captivate an audience from the age of 15, I toured New England as a professional hula dancer. My know-how to communicate with others landed me the title “President of Civic Affairs”, chosen by my peers, receiving the prestigious award “Outstanding in Public Speaking”. From 17 years working in the medical field, co-owning a successful photography business, and standing up to the US Federal Government to protect my human rights. I pour compassion into everything I take on, knowing my voice is my superpower”.

Life brought us together against great odds, we are British and American and after meeting online, falling in love, we lived a crazy life, blending our lives and families across two continents, flying bi-weekly for eighteen months! Neither of us could’ve made it if we didn’t totally believe in each other or have an enormous love of travel.

Making our decision to settle in the USA, we were suddenly thrown into the spotlight when our marriage wasn’t recognized, and we had to publicly fight for our human rights or face enforced separation. Celebrities and politicians came to our defense, including Sharon Stone, Debra Messing, Martina Navratilova, New York Congressman Jerry Nadler and Presidential Candidate, Senator Elizabeth Warren, to name just a few. https://www.thelexperience.com/
