Artist: Michelle Villegas is a singer, songwriter and recording artist. Her debut song, “Friends with the World” was a collaborative project with her son, Josh Villegas. The lyrics of the song will appear in a children’s book written by Michelle that will include social and emotional activities to promote a deeper understanding of our inner connectedness. As a psychotherapist and educator, Michelle is devoted to cultivating and nurturing children’s capacity to become peace loving citizens. Josh Villegas got his start recording various hometown bands and artists he performed with and produced for. He has a background in jazz piano that aids his ear as an engineer and producer. In 2023 he moved to Los Angeles full time, graduating from California State University Dominguez Hills with a degree in Audio Engineering. He currently works at Lion Share Studios as an assistant engineer, furthering his learning in the field of audio engineering. His passion is connecting with artists and bringing their unique vision to life. He helped produce the song “Friends with the World” with his mom, Michelle Villegas. The song is a meaningful reminder of what is important in this world. It inspires unity and peace, encouraging listeners to become a part of that vision.
