03-10-16  Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #205 features Mariam Massaro, Craig Harris and Bob Sherwood of the Gaea Star Band presenting several improvisatory songs by Mariam Massaro.  We begin with the lovely and fluid “Gossamer Wings Of Love” featuring Mariam on vocals, native flute and acoustic guitar, Craig on congas and Bob on piano.  “Tulips and Roses on Valentine’s Day” is a meditation on love and friendship featuring Mariam’s baritone ukulele.  “Deep Freeze” is a mysterious piece cast in minor that evokes the frozen ground and frigid winds of February and “Your Treasure Inside” is a beautiful, stately, gospel-tinged piece revolving around a circular piano figure and Craig’s unrelenting conga groove.  Mariam entrances with her blues harmonica and lovely vocal.
