Michael Cooley is a business development executive with over 25 years experience developing, growing and expanding companies through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions. His career took him from working in the mail room to being a CEO of a multi-million dollar company. His career path went from being an office assistant and rising to Senior Vice President of Operations for ActionSystems, a $40 million consulting company based in Dallas, Texas. His business life just continued to grow. His career continued at Xchange, a Boston based software company, as the Director of Global Operations Mike oversaw operations in the US, Canada, London, Australia and Singapore. From Xchange Mike became Senior Director of Administration at ChartOne, a medical records management company based in San Jose, California with over 1,000 employees in 46 states.
Today Mike is the CEO of The Quinlan Companies, which is a third generation family owned records management company based in Providence, Rhode Island doing business for over 80 years and now has expanded operations to the Dallas, Orlando and Baltimore areas. Mike lives in Coventry, Rhode Island with his wife, Lisa and his two children, Sierra and Brayden. Mike continues to pursue his purpose of sharing his story with as many people as possible. His hope is that they will benefit from the lessons and be inspired to be successful, whatever their definition of success.
