Goddess Unleashed with Diane Vich12-26-19 Clarity of Mind, Gratitude and Sensory Overload

Clarity of Mind comes through awareness and taking action.  It is important for us to understand that all disease processes involve a combination of issues.  There is an emotional and physical root to any disease process.  The best way to support ourselves is to address both simultaneously.  Gratitude training brought to light some of my own triggers and identified patterns that I have been working on my journey.  Our interactions and conversations with others trigger emotional responses inside our bodies.  And these responses can vary between individuals but digestive issues, pain and anxiety are a few possibilities.  I discuss anxiety and sensory overload in this episode.  Sensory overload can happen in many disease processes but a few are Autism, ADHD, Fibromyalgia and PTSD.  The senses become over stimulated because there is stimuli coming in from all directions.  An example could be a party with bright lights, music, conversations and kids running around.  This exposure to stimuli can create a sense of overwhelm and lead to fatigue.  It is important to take action and create a supported routine for yourself and your child.  I give a few tips to decrease sensory overload and share a simple meditation to feel energized, vibrant and alive.  The most important thing to take from this episode is that using Awareness and Action you can transform your physical and emotional experiences.
