A little bit about Nicole’s story from her:
I lived many lives – across countries, cultures, heartbreaks, illness, and profound transformation. I’m also the author of This Is Bullsht, Not a Love Story*, a book born from my own experience of emotional abuse and my journey back to myself. I want to bring honesty, vulnerability, and hope to the audience, to remind people that even after losing yourself completely, you can reclaim your voice, your freedom, and your life. I’m not here as an expert with all the answers; I’m here as a woman who survived, healed, and chose to turn her pain into gratitude.

Born Brazilian and raised in Geneva in a multicultural family, Nicole Kranz has always felt more stateless than tied to any single nationality.
She has lived in Rio, New York, Paris, and Lisbon, among other places, and remains an endless traveler.
A former coach, a self-taught writer, and the author of three books, she draws from a life shaped by movement, curiosity, and a deep fascination with human nature.
Nicole is direct, instinctive, and unapologetically honest, someone who would rather ask difficult questions than offer easy answers.
Her philosophy is simple: stay curious, embrace imperfection, and listen to life – it says it all.
