06-10-26 Miracles Collapse Time
After David presented the documentary about a poor boy who became a successful entrepreneur, it sparked profound questions among the participants in the online “The Way” session. While it’s easy to accept the script when everything goes according to plan, how do we handle situations that seem to have negative outcomes? David addressed this by emphasizing that the problem lies in our judgment of situations, not in any specific worldly circumstance, regardless of whether people perceive them as positive or negative.
As Jesus taught us in ACIM, everything happens for the greater good, without exception. When we judge something negatively, it may seem like God wants us to suffer, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. God’s will for us is perfect happiness, which can only be achieved when we have forgiven the past, forgiven the present, and forgiven the future. Miracles can help us transcend the limitations of time.
Other participants inquired about how to navigate this world of illusions while fulfilling their personal needs. David explained that our belief in reciprocity creates the illusion that giving and receiving are opposite actions. In reality, they are the same because we are all interconnected, loved and protected as an idea in the mind of God.
