The Holidays traditionally celebrate a time of peace, joy and ‘good will to all.’ Yet what if you or someone you love are facing a chronic physical and/or emotional health challenge? In these situations, the holidays instead of bringing us together can actually foster a sense of isolation.
What does peace or joy look like in these circumstance? What are some practical steps you can take to find a sense of wholeness amidst a time when things seem to be falling apart? www.coachingforinnerpeace.org/
